The personal data you provide will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:
– Management of your participation in the Affiliate Program.
– Fulfilment of contractual and administrative obligations arising from your participation in the Program.
– Communication of information regarding the Program and sending of promotional material.
Place and Methods of Processing
The data will be processed using both electronic and paper-based tools, in order to ensure its security and confidentiality.
Personal data processing operations are carried out at the aforementioned administrative offices of
Craftiamo, via delle Catacombe di Generosa, 48, 00100 Rome (RM) and at the third parties that Craftiamo engages for
such purposes.
In particular, within the scope of the purposes described in this policy, users’ personal data may
be stored and processed in a foreign country, located within or outside the European Union, by third parties that
collaborate with Craftiamo for operations related to the management, hosting, and operation of the Website,
as well as the provision of the services offered therein (such as, for example, connectivity and hosting service providers).
If the storage and/or processing of such personal data takes place outside the European Union,
Craftiamo will require a prior commitment from the third party to comply with the standard contractual clauses provided
by the European Commission and adopted by the Italian Data Protection Authority through the General Authorization of May 27,
2010, in order to provide sufficient guarantees for the protection of the privacy, freedoms, and fundamental rights
of individuals, as well as any subsequent mandatory amendments to the aforementioned standard clauses.
Provision of Data
The provision of personal data is necessary for participation in the Program. Any refusal will result in
the inability to participate.
Disclosure and Sharing of Data
Data may be disclosed exclusively to parties involved in the organization and management of the
Affiliate Program. It will not be disclosed or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, and to object to
its processing pursuant to Articles 15–22 of the GDPR. You may exercise these rights by contacting Craftiamo

Retention Period
The data will be retained for the entire duration of your participation in the Program and, thereafter, for the
period required by law.
